この法人は、障害者（知的、精神的、身体的を問わず）と高齢者の介護、生活支援サービス、自立支援の為の軽作業（ハウス栽培、水耕栽培、加工作業等）をつうじ自信と意欲を育て、地域の方々との交流を密にし、健康で心ゆたかに暮らせる為の事業を行う事を目的とする。
