この法人は、広く一般市民を対象に、日本のふる里の原風景の中で自然や農作業を体験する事業、日本のふる里の原風景の保存に関する事業、及び自然環境保護に関する普及・啓発事業を行なうことによって、市民の精神の健全育成を図り、人間と自然が共生できる豊かな社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
