この法人は、所沢市の精神障害者に対し、「人間関係能力を養う場、自己発見・自己開発の場、及び自立に向けての就労体験ができる場」を提供し、同時にその家族に対し「共に考え、共に支える場」を提供して、誰もが心豊かに暮らせる地域社会を創造することで福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
