この法人は、保健・医療または福祉の増進等に関する事業を行い、障害児・者及び高齢者に対する諸種のスポーツ・レクリエーション指導及び体力作りの講習を行なうことを通して、ハンディスポーツの底辺の拡大と一般への啓蒙を図り、もって障害者・高齢者スポーツの発展と普及に努めることを目的とする。
