この法人は、地域住民が、出会い、ふれあい、わかちあい共に支え合いながら、高齢になっても、安心して暮らせるまちづくりを目指して、福祉サービスや生涯学習に関する事業を行い、人の輪、ふれあいの輪、お隣さんの輪を広げ、福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
