本会は、地域住民に対して、「困ったときはお互いさま」を基本に、たすけあいの気持ちが息づく街づくりをめざして、市民参加で在宅福祉サービスに関する事業を行い、高齢者や障害者そして病気の方も、安心して暮らすことのできる社会の構築に寄与することを目的とする。
