この法人は、不登校児童や障がい者及び学業・就業の機会を失った在宅学習者（以下「支援対象者」という。）に対して、具体的な居場所づくりとして、学習や就業訓練による自立支援を行う。並びに、地域社会の雇用の創出に係る問題の改善や解決を図る事業を行い、自立して安心した生活のできる青少年健全育成の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
