この法人は広く地域に居住する障がい者に対して、障害者総合支援法（障害者の日常生活及び社会生活を総合的に支援する為の法律）に基づいた障害福祉サービス事業をはじめとした就労支援に関する事業を行い、多様なサービスと利用者の考えを尊重し総合的に提供されるよう創意工夫することで、障がい者個人の尊厳を保持しながら地域社会において自立した生活を営むことが出来るよう問題の改善や解決を図り、生活の向上と社会参画の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
