この法人は、障がい（主に発達障がい）のある子どもから成人及びそのご家族に対して障がい福祉サービスを行うことにより、障がい児（者）の健やかな生活と人権を守り支援体制の向上を図る。また、関係機関等と連携しながら社会活動を通して地域と繋がり障がい児（者）の理解を深め、安心して生活できる社会の実現を目指すことに寄与することを目的とする。
