この法人は、社会的に孤立している子どもや若者に対して、地域の人生経験者を中心に「若者支援」、「ヤングケアラー支援」、「多世代交流」、「居場所づくり」に関する事業を行い、子どもや若者の就学・就職や生活・人生に係る問題の改善や解決を図り、 地域で支え合う住民主体のネットワークを構築して地域の福祉の向上と広く公益の増進に貢献することを目的とする。
