この法人は、広く一般市民に対して、障害者の日常生活及び社会生活を総合的に支援するための法律に基づく各種事業、介護保険法に基づく各種事業を行い、障害者及び高齢者の自立支援及び社会参加を促進し、すべての人々が安心して社会生活を送ることができる地域社会の実現を図り、もって広く公益に寄与することを目的とする。
