この法人は、障害を持つ方（特に精神障がい者）やその家族、関係者に対して、日常生活上、社会生活上の支援及び、生産活動の機会の提供、相談援助、地域との交流などに関する事業を行政や医療機関等の関係機関と連携と協同によって行うことで、精神保健福祉の向上と障がい者の社会的自立に寄与することに努力し、障がい者とその家族が社会の一員として、自分らしく、希望を持って暮らすことができる地域社会の実現に貢献することを目的とする。
