この法人は、子どもから高齢者が安心して生活や子育てが出来る環境を保護するために、生涯学習を介して、子育て支援事業、高齢者支援事業、環境に関する事業を行い、安心して生活出来、子育てが楽しくなるまちづくりや、地域で子育てを支えてきた人たちも安心して老いが迎えられるまちづくりをめざす事を目的とする。また、これらの活動を広げるために他の市民団体を支援することも目的とする。
