この法人は、ノーマライゼーションの理念に基づき、心身障害児が地域の中でごく普通に暮らし、教育を受け、将来地域での就労が出来るように、支援事業を行い、障害児の家族の心の支えになり、障害を持つ人々の理解と協力を得るために必要な事業を行い、社会全体の利益の増進に寄与する事を目的とする。
