この法人は、広く一般市民に対して、障がい者スポーツクラブの企画・運営に関する事業、障がい者と地域住民との交流会の企画・開催に関する事業、障がい者スポーツの普及・啓発及び振興に関する事業等を行い、スポーツを通じた障がい者の社会参加及び福祉の増進を図り、もって広く公益に寄与することを目的とする。
