この法人は、北有馬地区を訪れる一般市民に対して、国立公園内施設エコパーク論所原をはじめとした公園その他の施設（以下「公園等」という）において自然循環型社会をテーマに環境保全に関する事業を行い、環境学習・農園体験等を通じ、持続可能な社会づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
