この法人は，孤独で不安な高齢者や、加齢により心身障害が生じ、ケアを必要とする高齢者に対して、日本の実情に即した、家族のような小規模グループハウス（かかる小規模グループハウスを以下「ハウス」という）の開設と運営・管理に関する事業を行い、地域の市民活動に根ざした高齢者福祉に寄与することを目的とする。
