この法人は、障がい者やその他支援を必要とする人々に対して、障がいの種別にとらわれず、障がいを持った方々が共に生き、共に働ける社会の実現をめざし、自立へ向けての職業訓練・就労支援・共同生活援助等の障害福祉サービス事業、相談に関する事業、又、地域活動支援センターの設置に関する事業を行い、福祉ニーズに即応するサービスの実践且つ地域福祉の発展に寄与することを目的 とする。
