この法人は、少子化により子ども一人一人の価値が向上している現代の状況等を鑑み、子どもたち全員の可能性を最大化する必要性から、子どもたちへの多様な学びを支援するとともに、子どもの将来の選択肢が広がる社会環境を整え、所得格差等を原因とした教育格差を解消するなどして、世代間の貧困の連鎖を断ち切り、子ども一人一人の健やかな育ちを当たり前にすることを目的とする。
