この法人は、瀬戸市及びその周辺の障害者に対して、地域の中で一般市民と触れ合いながらいきいきと働きのびのびと生活することができる場を提供すると共に、障害者が地域社会の中で自然に社会参画できるようなノーマライゼイション型社会を実現するための障害者教育、地域社会への啓発、環境整備などの活動を行い、社会全体の利益に寄与することを目的とする。
