この法人は、高浜市及び近隣市の住民に対して、児童生徒の健全育成に関する事業及び障がい児、者の地域生活支援に関する事業を行い、児童生徒及びとりわけ障がいを持つ児童生徒、障がい者に係わる問題の改善や解決を図り、子どもの福祉の向上と障がい児、者福祉の向上と生活環境の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
