この法人は、刈谷市及びその周辺の障害者（児）や高齢者および母子等に対して、より快適な日常生活が送れるように、外出の支援や自立の支援をする。また地域社会の中であたり前の生活ができ、自然に社会参画できるようなバリアフリー社会の実現を目指すと共に、地域社会への啓蒙・環境整備などの活動を行い、もって社会全体の利益に寄与することを目的とする。
