この法人は、少子高齢化や人口減少により地域コミュニティや商店街などの衰退が進んでいる地域社会に対して、IT化や地域固有の歴史、文化、自然、食や産品の価値を高めて五島の魅力の発信及び移住定住の促進、地域産業の活性化に関する事業を行い、持続可能な地域の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
