この法人は、不幸な動物に対して、保護活動を行い、里親探しや不妊（去勢、避妊）手術及びその普及に関する事業を行い、動物の正しい飼い方の指導助言をし、命の大切さを広く啓発して、人と動物たちが文化的な共生共存のできる調和のとれた社会づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
