この法人は、犬・猫など愛玩動物の殺処分・飼育放棄ゼロを永続的に実現するため、飼育が困難になった個人・団体を対象として、動物保護活動を行うとともに、市民や子どもに対して動物愛護精神・生命尊重精神を周知するため、動物とのふれあいの機会を提供することにより、人と動物を取り巻く地域環境を整備し、生命を尊重し殺処分をなくし、人と動物が共生できる豊かな社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
