この法人は、国指定の名勝天然記念物吹割の滝、及びその周辺に対して、整備、美化に関する事業を実施し、かつこの地域に関心をもつ不特定者を対象として交通情報、地域の情報の提供、物産の紹介、販売等の事業を行うことによって地域の活性化に寄与することを目的とする。
