この法人は、増加する外国人在住者に対し、日本語学習に関する事業と定住促進に関する事業を行ない、いち早く社会活動に参加できるように支援し、また過疎化が進み結婚難に直面する男女青年に対し結婚に関する支援事業を行い、ともに地域活性化を図り、これらの事業を通し地域社会に寄与することを目的とする。
