この法人は、市民参加、相互扶助の精神のもと、すべての日本人および日本で生活をする外国人に対し、各種語学の指導、社会教育その他教養を得る機会の提供、産業技術を習得する機会の提供、文化の指導・交流、生活上必要な助言・情報提供・相談などを行うことを通じて子供の健全育成、外国人の地域社会への参加を図り、外国人と日本人の真の共生を促進し、国際交流に寄与することを目的とする。
