この法人は、子どもたち・人々が共に学び合い、子どもたち・人々の学びたい意欲を相互に高め合い学習する学び合いを実践すること、子どもたち・人々の学び合いを支援・応援する指導者を創造すること、子どもたち・人々の学び合う学習を研究・学習に関する事業を行い、子どもたち・人々の学ぶ意欲を向上させるための学習・知的健康に寄与することを目的とする。
