この法人は、庄内地方で最も魚の種類が多い地区という家根合の自然を、次世代に受け継いでいこうと部落が一丸となり、身近な所から夢を求め老若男女が一つとなって嬉々とした声を聞きながら学ぶ場所、遊ぶ場所造りに取り組むことを目的とする。
