この法人は，徳島県内在住の母子家庭の母，父子家庭の父または寡婦（以下ひとり親という）の方に対して，在宅のまま就業できるよう，在宅で就業するための教育・訓練及びセミナーの開催，また在宅で収入を得られるような就業形態を提供し，この法人が受託した業務をひとり親の方へ供給する活動を行い，ひとり親の方が仕事と子育てを両立しながら十分な収入を得られるようにすることを目的とする。
