この法人は、西三河地域に住む障害児・者に対して、障害があっても生きがいを持って豊かに暮らせる地域社会の実現を目指すため、障害児・者に対する支援事業を行い、障害児・者の居場所づくりや自立の一環とした生活訓練、障害児・者の保護者の介護負担の軽減、生きがいづくりに係る問題の改善や解決を図り、地域福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
