この法人は、広く地域に根ざし、障がいの有無に関わらず、次世代を担う子ども達の社会参加や居場所づくりや、当り前の権利（生きる権利、育つ権利、守られる権利、参加する権利）を守ることで、児童の健全育成を援助するとともに、子育ての家庭の支援を行い、誰もが安心して暮らせる街づくりに寄与することを目的とする。
