この法人は、障害があるという事だけで、働く能力があるにも関わらず本人達に適した訓練を行う場所が少ないために、就労する場所や能力を発揮することができない人たちに対して、就労するための訓練や就労先を確保する事業を行い、自立と社会参加に係る問題の改善や解決を図り、社会福祉の向上と地域住民との交流の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
