この法人は児童と老人（障害者も含む）に対して、安全で楽しい活動の場を提供する事業を行います。 近年多くみられる児童に対する事件・事故の防止と老人の認知症の改善や、核家族による老人の孤立を防ぐ等の問題改善を図ります。 子供を安心して預けられる環境を提供することにより、社会的に少子化問題・女性の労働条件等の問題解決につながり、老人の活躍できる場所・機会を提供することにより、老人の生きがい・社会的地位の確立につながり、地域住民の福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とします。
