この法人は、高齢者、障害者に関する研修と調査を行い、高齢者、障害者に対する理解を深め、高齢者、障害者、誰もが地域で生きがいをもって安心して暮らしつづけることのできる福祉のまちづくり、人権擁護及び社会参加、地域連携と協働、その他必要な事業を行い、公益の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
