本会は、精神障害あるいは心の病と呼ばれる様々な苦しみ悩みの中にある人々と、その身近な隣人となることを願う人々が、同じ地域社会の一員として連帯・協同することを通じて、それぞれの生きる手ごたえと新しい社会のあり方を見いだすことを目的とする。
