この法人は、瀬戸市及び近郊に在住の知的・身体に障害のある方で働きたい方に対して、障害福祉サービス事業等を行い、障害のある方の就労に係る問題の改善や解決を図り、働く場所を確保するとともに自立を支援し、瀬戸市民とのつながりを通して、瀬戸市の活性化に寄与することを目的とする。
