この法人は高齢者、障害者、定年退職者、児童・生徒等を主な対象として、農地を借り受け、無農薬・有機栽培・微生物農法による栽培事業を行う。生ゴミの堆肥化など循環型農業を行い、生活に身近なところから環境問題の改善を図り、またその活動を通して、障害者の自立支援、年代や生まれた国の違いや障害を超えて支え合う社会の実現に寄与することを目的とする。
