この法人は、社会福祉法人北海道光生会・爽やかネットワークと連携し障がいのある人達だれもが将来にわたり、安心した生活ができるように、お金の支払いや財産管理などの手助けをし、地域のなかで困ることなく自立した生活を送れるよう支援に関する事業を行い、爽やかネットワークが提供する福祉サービス、生活・就労支援などの運営目的に沿った、より良いものとなるように側面から支え、福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
