この法人は、福祉の従業者、事業者、地域住民に対し、地域福祉の拠点を提供するとともに、福祉に関わるあらゆる知識、経験を共有するための講義や、福祉介護技術を習得するための講習会等の事業を行い、地域の住民一人ひとりが福祉のえんで繋がり、相互扶助によって成立する理想的な地域社会を実現し、ひいては日本国、日本人に合った最適な日本式福祉の確立に寄与することを目的とする。
