この法人は、薬物依存症をはじめとする依存症を抱える方、これに類する状態の方、及びその家族に対して、回復を支援し薬物乱用の予防に対する普及啓発、及び相談援助活動に関する事業を行い、又、回復の支援の対象者は日本語を有する方々に止まらず、他国語を有する方々にも開かれたものとし、広く健全な社会生活と地域福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
