この法人は、すべての子どもたちが、安心、安全に生活できる地域社会づくりを推進し、青少年健全育成及び武道・スポーツを通し子どもたちが心身ともに豊かに育つことを願う子育て支援の発展に寄与することを目的とし、全ての人々が健やかに暮らせる地域社会づくりと福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
