この法人は、就労移行支援、就労継続支援等の援助事業を行い、これを利用する身体障害者を中心とする障害者（以下障害者という）が、この活動の中で多くの人達と出会い、社会の一員として豊かな日々を過ごすことが出来るよう、地域社会で自立した生活を送れるよう、地域福祉の増進に寄与することを目的とする。
