この法人は、携帯電話やインターネットなど青少年を取り巻く各種デジタル・メディアが子育て教育に与える影響についての啓蒙・普及を図ると共に、その為の各種事業活動を行う。また、青少年のメディア利用によって引き起こされる社会問題について調査・研究を行い、さらにそれら調査、研究の成果について広く一般市民に情報を提供し問題解決のための取り組みを実践することを目的とする。
