この法人は、引きこもり、不登校、障がい等が理由で、一般的な社会的自立が困難な状況にある青少年（以下「青少年」という。）に対して、基本的な生活習慣の習得を目指した共同生活事業や社会参加に必要な情報提供事業など自立に向けた様々な支援事業を行い、社会における引きこもりや不登校の問題の改善や解決を図り、青少年の自立した社会参加の促進に寄与することを目的とする。
