この法人は、障害の有無にかかわらず、友達（仲間）と共に働き、自立して生活したいと望む人に、集団の中で就労できる環境と機会を提供し、基本的人権を尊重しつつ就労者一人一人の労働意欲を高め、同時に技能の向上を図り、自立生活が維持できるだけの所得が確保できるよう支援することを目的とする。
