この法人は、障がい児者等に対し、日本文化や芸術に触れる事業を行い、本人・保護者の生き甲斐を見つける他、障がい児者等が作成した作品の展示会を行うことにより、障がい児者等に係る生き甲斐の創出、社会とのつながりの創出をすると共に、発達障がい児等に対し教育・療育を行うことにより、障がい児者等の福祉向上に寄与することを目的とする。
