この法人は、障害児及び障害者に対して、障害児デイサービス及び障害者就労支援に関する事業を行い、障害児については農作業等を含む各種作業を通じて能力の開発や就職を目的とした就労体験を行い、障害者については農作業等を通じて就業能力の向上に資する作業を行うことで、障害児及び障害者が地域社会の一員として必要とされる人材となるための育成に寄与することを目的とする。
