この法人は、日本に在住している外国人及びその子どもの教育支援を行い、職業もしくは進学等の選択肢を広げること、及び地域の日本人と外国人の交流を促進し、特に自律して交流活動を行うことのできる外国人の育成支援を行うことにより、外国人の持つ多様性が共生を通して地域の活性化となるを図り、もって地域社会の発展に寄与することを目的とする。
